Terms and Conditions for Talk Shop Talk Contest:

1. To participate in the contest, you need to register as a member with Rupiz Compare, unless you are a registered member. You must ensure that your account is active,

    or else you become ineligible to participate in the contest.

2. You need to provide the correct answers to the questions, as posted on the website. Any incorrect answer would make you ineligible to participate in the contest.

3. To participate, You must refer 5 of your friends/known persons by providing their names and email id’s. They must also register and activate their accounts. It is not

    mandatory for them to participate in the contest. You must take prior consent from those persons you are referring. You must ensure that you have intimated your

    friends/known persons that they might receive promotional emails from Rupiz Compare.

4. You must be a resident of the UK and above 18 years of age.

5. The Contest will run for 60 days from 18th April 2008 and you can confirm your participation by registering until 23:59 p.m. of 17th June 2008.

6. The participation to the Contest is free, and it is not mandatory to purchase any product from the website.

7. There will be only one winner, in the Contest, which would be randomly selected by computer on 18th June 2008.

8. The winner of the Contest will be notified by email (as provided by him/her at the time of registration) and the winner needs to confirm about the postal address within 7

    days of the receipt of the email. The winner will receive the prize/gift within 6 weeks of the confirmation of the requisite details.

9. The winner of the Contest will be announced /published in the website.

10. The prize would be delivered to the winner, free of charge, only for one time. In case, the prize is returned as "undeliverable", due to any reason whatsoever, it will be

    re-delivered to the winner, if requested for by the winner within 7 days of the date when it was first attempted to be delivered but the delivery charges would be

    borne by the winner.

11. Any prize/gift offered by Rupiz Compare is warranted by the Manufacturer. Rupiz Compare assumes no responsibility/liability with regard to any defect/fault in the prize/gift.

12. Photos of winners will be put on Rupiz Compare’s contest page.

13. Ineligible entrants may be disqualified at any time at our sole discretion.
